Institutional &Regulatory Framework
Mega Legal P.L. FCCIPS operates within a corporate, professional and fiduciary framework defined by Florida law, the applicable rules of The Florida Bar, and its institutional relationship with FCCIPS.
Who We Are
Mega Legal P.L. FCCIPS is a Professional Limited Liability Company (PLLC) organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
It operates under Florida law and in compliance with the applicable rules of The Florida Bar. Under Chapter 621.06 of the Florida Statutes, the company's professional services are provided through its members, officers, employees and agents who are duly licensed or otherwise legally authorized to provide those professional services.
Our Institutional Framework
Mega Legal P.L. FCCIPS directs its operations especially toward legal assistance for the membership of FCCIPS — Federación de Cámaras de Comercio, Industrias y Servicios Profesionales (Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industries and Professional Services) — as well as any public-service legal program established by FCCIPS.
FCCIPS Administrative Relationship
Mega Legal P.L. FCCIPS intends to obtain and assume its technical-administrative personnel from FCCIPS, in the capacity of a Management Services Organization (MSO).
Legal services required by users are handled by attorney members who belong to The Florida Bar and are duly licensed by the State to practice.
Professional & Fiduciary Standards
Mega Legal P.L. FCCIPS attorneys and their teams are familiar with the fiduciary-accounting standards applicable to legal practice, consistent with Florida Bar Rules 5-1.1 and 5-1.2.
Advance fees or client deposits are placed into the appropriate trust/fiduciary account — not an operating account — including, where applicable, IOTA (Interest on Trust Accounts) accounts.
Corporate Articles
Article 1 — Corporate Name
The company is named Mega Legal Professional Limited Liability Company (PLLC), referred to in this document as "Mega Legal P.L. FCCIPS."
Article 2 — Principal Office
The company's principal office shall be located in Orlando, Florida, United States of America, or at another location designated by the General Assembly or the Council.
Our Purposes
Article 3 sets out the purposes of Mega Legal P.L.:
Purpose 1
To establish and maintain relationships among attorneys and other attorney and legal organizations, at the state and national level, to provide appropriate services to members of the Chambers of Commerce that are FCCIPS partners.
Purpose 2
To promote the development of legal science in all its aspects, especially Comparative Law, the progressive development of law, the harmonization of legislation within Florida where appropriate, and a broader understanding of law.
Purpose 3
To promote the rule of law and periodic conferences among members to consider matters of interest to the legal profession and to the fulfillment of the objectives of Mega Legal P.L. FCCIPS.

Mega Legal operates as part of Hispanic Americas Holding, a group of complementary business ventures. This relationship provides institutional backing and cross-industry perspective, while Mega Legal's legal function remains independently governed.
